- Lead and mentor the QA team.
- Define and maintain QA processes, standards, and workflows.
- Plan QA activities within the sprint and release cycle.
- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple features and modules
- Define testing strategies for new features and platform releases.
- Ensure proper test coverage across critical system components.
- Establish risk-based testing practices.
- Design and implement automated testing strategies.
- Build and maintain automated test suites for critical user flows.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where possible
- Perform and oversee manual and automated testing of new features.
- Maintain regression test suites and ensure system stability before releases.
- .Ensure high-quality bug reports and clear communication with developers.
- Track and analyze quality metrics such as defect rates and regression coverage.
المهارات المطلوبة
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
- Experience designing test strategies and test plans.
- Strong experience with API testing.
- Solid understanding of SQL and databases.
- Experience with modern automation tools such as (Cypress / Playwright / Selenium)
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience testing SaaS platforms or marketplaces.
- Experience testing LMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
